Free Mix Submission Terms

1. Eligibility & Limitations

• New accounts receive 1 free mix submission
• Free mix submissions are limited to one per account
• Additional free credits are not available

2. Submission Requirements

• Submit high-quality stem files (individual tracks)
• Include reference tracks to guide the mixing style
• Provide clear project notes describing your vision
• All files must be your original work or properly licensed

3. Approval Process

• All free mix submissions are subject to approval at Andrew's discretion
• Submissions may be approved or rejected based on various factors
• Approval is not guaranteed by submitting
• You will be notified via email of the decision

4. Rights & Usage

• If approved and mixed, you grant Andrew Cherry Music full rights to use and publish the work
• Andrew may feature the mix on his website, social media, and YouTube channel
• You retain ownership of the original composition and songwriting
• Producer credits are required if you choose to distribute the mixed version
• Andrew can publish and share the work in any format, in perpetuity

5. No Guarantees

• Submission does not guarantee a response, mix, or approval
• No timeline is guaranteed for review or completion
• Free mixes are provided as-is without warranty

6. Promotional Use

• Free mixes serve as promotional content for Andrew Cherry Music
• The mixed tracks may be used in marketing materials and demonstrations
• This helps generate leads for professional mixing services
